Addictive Tater Tot Casserole Recipes

TATER TOTS® CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
• Spread 20 potato nuggets in the casserole dish.
• Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season beef mixture with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
• Stir cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl.
• Smash the warmed potato nuggets in the casserole dish to cover the bottom completely. Spread ground beef mixture over the mashed potato nuggets. Pour soup mixture evenly over the beef layer. Top with remaining potato nuggets and sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese evenly over the nuggets.
• Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly and potatoes golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.

ADDICTIVE TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Press uncooked ground beef into bottom of greased 9x13 pan
• Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
• Pour cream of chicken soup on top and spread evenly.
• Arrange tatertots on top of soup so that they are side by side in rows covering entire casserole.
• Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until juices from the meat run clear
• Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
• Note: You can add chopped onions or garlic to the ground beef before pressing into pan.

SLOPPY JOE TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Place half the Tater Tots in bottom of 5-qt. slow cooker. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes, breaking into crumbles. Drain. Stir in the next 8 ingredients; reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes. Place beef mixture in slow cooker; top with remaining Tater Tots. Cook, covered, on low 4 hours. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before serving.
