ADAM & EVE SANDWICH
My family likes these for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Prep and cook time doesn't include hard boiling eggs, since I usually have some done ahead.

Steps:
- Toast English muffins and butter immediately.
- Place a slice of ham on 4 muffin halves.
- Place sliced eggs on top of ham.
- Make a sauce by mixing together the cheese, mustard, Worcestershire and cream.
- Cook slowly until cheese melts.
- Pour over sandwich halves and top with other half of muffin.

Steps:
- Combine yeast, sugar, water and milk in bowl. Cover and leave in a warm place until frothy, about 10 minutes.
- Sift flour and salt in a large bowl. Rub in lard.
- Stir the yeast mixture in and mix to a soft dough. Cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Divide dough into 8 pieces and knead each piece into balls.
- Place 5cm apart on greased oven trays. Dust lightly with sifted flour and cover with a tea towel. Let rise for 10 minutes or until well risen.
- Make an indent in the middle of the baps with your finger.
- Bake in preheated oven at 220C (450F) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve hot.

My wife and I watched this movie and Adam Sandler's character is a chef you came home late one night and made this. It looks soooo good and so I made it and it really is the greatest sandwich ever. MAKE SURE you put all the ingredients the way its described. Enjoy

Steps:
- 1. Cook the bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels
- 2. Place slices of cheese on one side of toasted bread. Place in toaster oven or under broiler to melt.
- 3. Spread mayo on other slice of bread top with bacon, sliced tomato, and lettuce
- 4. On non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry egg, turning over briefly when the bottom is set (keep yolk runny)
- 5. Slide finished egg on top of lettuce, top with other slice of bread (cheese-side down genius)
- 6. Place sandwich on plate and slice in half, letting yolk run down sandwich.
