Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients or layer one until completely combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow the crust mixture to cool.
- Mix together the ingredients for layer 2 until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for layer 3. Spread the pudding mixture over the top of layer two in the baking dish.
- Spread the cool whip from layer four over the top of the mixture in the baking dish, and garnish with chopped pecans.
- Chill for several hours before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375F. Combine flour, 1/2 cup pecans and butter in a medium bowl and mix well. Press onto the bottom of an 11 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Let stand to cool. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Add 1 cup whipped topping to cream cheese mixture and fold in gently. Spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl. Beat until thickened. - 1. Crush Pecan Sandies with a rolling pin; add softened butter starting with one stick and if needed, add a little more; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13" ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
- 2. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, one cup powdered sugar until well blended; fold in one cup of Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Mix Lemon Instant Pudding with three cups of milk and refrigerate until it begins to set up. Spread this over the cream cheese mixture.
- 3. Spread 1 1/2 - 2 cups Cool Whip over the Lemon Pudding mixture. Crush the 3 - 4 Pecan Sandies left from the package and sprinkle over the Cool Whip. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Variations: Use Butterscotch, Pistachio, Chocolate, or Vanilla pudding instead of the Lemon; the rest of the recipe is the same. ENJOY

- Cut the butter into the flour to form crumbs, then add the pecans
- Press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 375 degress for 15 minutes and set aside to cool.
- On medium speed, beat the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Change speed on mixer to low, and mix in 2 cups of the Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.

- 2. Layer 1:Melt butter or margarine.Mix with flour, and 1 1/2 cups of pecans or walnuts. Press into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
