10 Minute Delicious Cherry Delight image

This is the easiest dessert you can ask for and everyone loves it! 4 ingredients and simple to make! It's delicious and kids love it! Prep is less than 10 min, but allow 8 hours to chill in order for wafers to be soft. For anyone that doesn't like cherries, you can also switch cherry filling to blueberry or strawberries (pictured) or whatever you like.

1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers, divided
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed)
2 (4 ounce) boxes Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Mix cool whip and dry instant pudding mix together until well blended.
  • Layer 1/2 the wafers on the bottom of a large bowl.
  • Spread half the cool whip mixture over wafers.
  • Layer with second half of wafers, then remaining cool whip mixture.
  • Pour cherries over top. Cover.
  • Refrigerate over night to allow wafers to soften (or at least 8 hours). Enjoy!

This is a really great dessert, plan ahead this needs to chill for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight is even better.

1 3/4 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups whipped dream whipped topping (1 envelope)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (28 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Prepare a 9 x 9" baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1 tbsp sugar; spread on bottom of prepared baking pan to form a crust.
  • Mix the Dream Whip topping according to directions on the package, then beat in the softened cream cheese into the Dream Whip a little at a time.
  • Add the remaining sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  • Smooth on top of the crust.
  • Top with the cherry pie filling.
  • Chill at least 3 hours (overnight is even better) if storing in the fridge overnight, cover with plastic wrap.

21 ounces cherry pie filling
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (usually available in two sizes..make sure to pick small can)
12 ounces Cool Whip (normal size)
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
20 ounces pineapple (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together until smooth and pink.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably over night.

24 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix the graham crackers and margarine together and press into a 13 x9 pyrex dish. (To crush the crackers, you could place them all in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin. Then add the margarine right to the bag and pour the mixed contents into the dish).
  • Blend the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Cool and spread the cherry pie filling over cheese mixture. (opt).
  • Chill 24 hours (opt).
