3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons flavorless oil (canola oil coconut oil or sunflower oil)
3 tablespoons water
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons chocolate chips

Steps:

In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
If you don't want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!

1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and the oil.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Spray two regular sized mugs with cooking spray.
Divide the batter into the two mugs.
Microwave each mug for approximately 1 minute. The brownie should rise and look springy. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Top with whipped topping.

2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons chocolate milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons white sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons flour
to make triple chocolate add chocolate milk, chocolate chips, and serve with chocolate syrup

Steps:

In a coffee mug, add water/milk, melted butter/oil, a dash of salt and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
Microwave for 60 seconds. Center should be slightly molten. Careful not to overcook.
Enjoy with a spoon. Careful, brownie will be hot.
