ZESTY SPINACH DIP RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave the spinach until completely defrosted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave and let sit until cool enough to handle, about 5 minutes.
• Transfer the spinach to a surface lined with 4 paper towels. Gather the towels around the spinach and position over the bowl. Wring out to remove all of the moisture. Discard any excess liquid that accumulates in the bottom of the bowl.
• Return the spinach to the bowl and add the cream cheese, 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella, 4 tablespoons Parmesan, the zesty spice blend, and salt.
• Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway, until the cream cheese is completely softened and the mozzarella is melted. Stir well to combine, then microwave for 30 seconds more to melt any remaining cream cheese clumps.
• Top with remaining ¼ cup mozzarella and tablespoon of Parmesan. Return to the microwave for 1½-2 minutes, until the mozzarella on top is melted. Sprinkle with more zesty spice blend.
• Serve with chips, carrots, or celery.
• Enjoy!

ZESTY SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Mix sour cream, mustard and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.
• Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
• Refrigerate several hours.

BEST SPINACH DIP EVER

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
• Remove top and interior of sourdough bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping.

VELVEETA® SPICY SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Place spinach in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
• Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
• Microwave 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

SUNNY'S SPICY 5-INGREDIENT SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
• Place a strainer over a medium bowl and drain the liquid from the artichoke jar into the bowl. Reserve the liquid and set aside the artichokes.
• Add 3 tablespoons liquid from the artichoke jar to a large saute pan over medium heat along with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Add the baby spinach in handfuls and stir until all the spinach is wilted, then cook for a few minutes, allowing the liquid to evaporate a bit. Meanwhile, chop the artichoke hearts and add them to a large bowl.
• Once the spinach is completely wilted down, add it to the chopped artichokes. Stir in the chive cream cheese, sour cream, 8 ounces pepper jack cheese and a pinch of black pepper and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
• Transfer the spinach mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish and smooth off the top. Top the dip with the remaining 4 ounces pepper jack cheese. Place on a sheet tray to catch any drips, and bake until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden, about 25 minutes. (If desired, broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the top further.) Serve with the tortilla chips.

ZESTY SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Thaw and drain spinach.
• Squeeze as dry as possible, set aside.
• In a small bowl, combine beef bouillon granules and lemon juice to dissolve granules, set aside, in medium bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, onion, Tabasco, white pepper, and water chestnuts.
• Stir in lemon and bouillon mixture.
• Stir in spinach and mix well.
• Pour into non-metal container and refrigerate until ready to use.

SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Thaw and drain the spinach.
• Squeeze the spinach with paper towels to remove excess water.
• Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
• Let set in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
• I like to serve it inside a hollowed out round loaf of bread.
• Scoop out the loaf and place dip inside.
• I use what I scoop out for making croutons.
• Serve with fresh vegetables.

ALASKAN SPICY SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Over a double boiler slowly melt the pepperjack cheese. When the cheese is melted whisk in half and half until smooth and creamy. Stir in tomato, onion, red bell pepper and chopped spinach. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
