This is a rich, soothing, summer smoothie-type rum drink. It has been my husband's favorite since we began having this drink. Now he is making it for us! Be careful - these go down easy!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 fluid ounces cream of coconut
6 fluid ounces rum
4 fluid ounces banana liqueur
3 cups crushed ice

Steps:

In a blender, combine bananas, cream of coconut, rum, banana liqueur and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez, well stirred
3 ounces bailey's irish cream
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 small banana, sliced
3 ounces red rum (Mount Gay, Cruzan, Vat 19, ...)
nutmeg
maraschino cherry
1 sprig of fresh mint

Steps:

Half fill blender with ice. Combine ingredients & blend until ice is crushed & mixture is smooth.
Pour into tall glasses, garnish and enjoy!
