CINNAMON "CAKE MIX" ROLLS
Sweet and moist!! The cake mix makes these rolls extra special!! With just the right amount of Cinn-sugar in the middle and the frosting is just like Cinn-a-bons!!! YUM!! Family and friends LOVE them!! This recipe makes plenty to SHARE!!!

Steps:
- 1. In mixing bowl combine the cake mix,4cups flour yeast and warm water until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. On a floured surface knead til smooth and elastic {about 5mins}
- 2. Place dough into a greased bowl, turn to grease dough. Cover and let rise until doubled {about 45mins}
- 3. Punch dough down. On a floured surface divide the dough in half.Roll each half into a 14"X10" rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinn-sugar.
- 4. Roll up jelly-roll style, start with the long side. Cut each roll into 12 pieces. Place on side in medium sized paper liners on baking tray
- 5. Cover and let rise til doubled again {about 20mins}
- 6. FROSTING: In mixing bowl cream butter sugar and vanilla, add enough milk to desired consistency
- 7. Bake @ 400 for about 10-15 mins or until golden brown. Cool for 10mins. While still slightly warm frost the Cinnamon buns!!
- 8. These are EXTRA gooey if you heat them for about 30 seconds in the microwave!!!

- Place the first six ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend on high for 8 minutes. I love my KitchenAid blender, it makes everything so much easier. Grease two loaf pans generously with Pam. Fill each pan half way and then sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar blend in a layer. Then top off with the rest of the batter and sprinkle the loaf with the remaining sugar blend. I swirled a knife thru each loaf to marble the cinnamon throughout and to make it pretty when it is cut. I then baked the loaves for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and then glaze with frosting. For the glaze you will need: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 Tbsp milk Add the milk I Tbsp at a time and add a little more if you need to reach the desired consistency. Drizzle over the loaf and enjoy! Beautiful and yummy, this is a great snack for any time of the day!
SWEET CINNAMON YELLOW BREAD
This recipe makes 2 loaves of the best sweet bread. We eat it for dessert.Or with our morning coffee. Its my father-in-law's favorite. He says it's more cake than bread. Freezes wonderfully for those last-minute guests. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water and extracts together for 8 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together; set aside.
- Pam spray loaf pans.
- Pour 2/3 batter into pans equally.
- Pour cinnamon mixture equally over both loaves.
- Using a knife swirl cinnamon through batter.
- Top with remaining batter equally over both.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottoms only of two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
- In large bowl, beat all Bread ingredients except apples with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in apples. Divide batter evenly between pans. In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter in pans.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
