Steps:
- Empty your can of peaches into a bowl. If they aren't already diced cut them up into bite size pieces.
- Add you dry angel food cake mix and stir until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and dump your mixture into a 9x13" pan that has a non stick surface to it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is lightly browned on top and middle feels like it is firming up when gently touched in the middle.
- Put on a cooling rack until cool.
- Slice and serve.

- Put sugar in food processor and pulse for 1 minute. Remove and reserve ¾ cup. Add flour and salt to remaining sugar in processor and pulse about 30 seconds.
- With electric mixer on medium-low speed, beat egg whites in large bowl until foamy, about 1 minute. Beat in cream of tartar. Increase speed to medium and beat in reserved ¾ cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Once all sugar has been added, increase speed to medium- high and beat until stiff peaks form when beaters are lifted. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Sift flour mixture, one-third at a time, over beaten egg whites, gently folding with rubber spatula just until blended. (Be careful not to over mix.) Scrape batter into ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom. Spread evenly. Bake until cake springs back when lightly pressed, 35−40 minutes.
