Steps:

• Break chocolate and the Heath Bar into large chunks and set to one side.
• In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, sugar and cream; stir until all the sugar has dissolved and then turn the heat up and continue stirring for 10 minutes; be careful, the mixture gets very hot and can splatter; use a very long wooden spoon.
• Turn the heat down again, add the marshmallows, chocolate and Heath Bar into the saucepan; stir around once and pour over your ice cream.

Steps:

• LAYER ONE: Combine the flour, coffee, brown sugar, graham crackers, 4 ounces of the chocolate chips (noted in layer 2) in a mixing bowl and blend. Add the butter and Crisco and work into a crumbly mixture with your hands. Coat your baking dish(es) with cooking spray. Press the mixture into the pan and pat down. Bake in a 325 oven for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool about 15 minutes. Meanwhile go to layer two. LAYER TWO: In another mixing bowl, combine the remaining chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, chocolate extract, and blend well. Add the walnuts and dates and mix in. Spread layer two over the crust of layer one. Return to the 325 oven for about 20-25 minutes. Remove , add finishing salt and let cool about 5 minutes then slice. When cool, remove from the pan.

Steps:

• Combine margarine, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham crackers.
• Press mixture in (8"x8") pan.
• Melt chips and 2 tablespoons of margarine or milk.
• Spread over graham cracker crust.
• Refrigerate.
• Cut when cool.
