The Dark and Stormy cocktail is a classic rum drink that's easy to put together at home. Just mix together Gosling's rum, ginger beer and lime.

2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal rum
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger beer, to top (about 5 ounces)
Garnish: lime wedge

Steps:

Add rum and lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
