Place tortillas on the grill rack and grill until the bottoms are crisp, 1-2 minutes. Flip with tongs. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas, sprinkle evenly with ham and blueberries. Grill, covered, until the bottoms are crisp, about 2 minutes. Cut each tortilla into quarters.
