ANGEL LUSH

Steps:

• Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP.
• Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping dessert with pudding mixture.
• Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving.

WATERGATE LUSH DESSERT

Steps:

• Lightly grease an 8x8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the coarse cookie crumbs and butter until moistened. Press evenly into the prepared pan and set aside.
• Wipe out the bowl and add in the pistachio pudding mix and the milk. Whisk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the pineapple and 2 cups of the Cool Whip until combined and fluffy.
• Spread the filling into the prepared pan in an even layer. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and the pecans.
• Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set. Cut into squares to serve.

ANGEL LUSH WITH PINEAPPLE FROM DOLE®

Steps:

• Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
• Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
• Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries.

WATERGATE ANGEL LUSH

Steps:

• Mix pudding mix and pineapple in large bowl. Add marshmallows and nuts; mix well. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
• Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with 1-1/2 cups pudding mixture. Cover with middle cake layer and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining cake layer.
• Frost side and top of cake with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving.

Steps:

• In a small bowl, beat pineapple and pudding mix until well combined. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until ready to assemble., To fill angel food cake, slice cake horizontally into three layers. Fill and top layers with filling. Top with berries., To fill individual sponge cakes, spoon filling into cakes and top with berries., For parfaits, layer cubed angel food cake, filling and 2 cups berries in 12 dessert glasses.

Steps:

• 1. Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer [cut side up] on serving plate.Spread 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover middle cake layer. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with your favorite seasonal berries.

• Parfaits: Cube cake. Layer in 12 parfait glasses alternately with filling and berries. Makes 12 servings.
• Cake: Cut cake into 3 layers. Stack on plate, spreading filling between layers and on top of cake. Top with berries. Makes 10 servings.
• Individuals: Spoon filling into dessert shells; top with berries. Makes 12 servings.

ANGEL LUSH WITH PINEAPPLE

Steps:

• Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
• Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.

ANGEL LUSH CUPCAKES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375ºF.
• Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until tops are golden brown and cracks feel dry. (Note: If baking in batches, refrigerate remaining batter in bowl until ready to pour into lined muffin cups and bake.) Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
• Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto cupcakes.
• Top with berries.

EASY WATERGATE SALAD

Steps:

• Mix pineapple, marshmallows, pudding mix, and pecans together in a bowl; fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate salad until chilled and thickened, about 1 hour.
