250 g cream cheese
1 Tbsp. (15 mL) icing sugar
4 tsp. (20 mL) orange zest
1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
1 tsp. (5 mL) liquid honey
7 g envelope gelatin diluted in water
1 graham crumb pie crust
2 blood orange, peeled, divided into segments with membranes removed

Steps:

  • Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, icing sugar and orange zest together until smooth and fluffy. Add juice, milk and honey, a little at a time. Beat at medium speed for 5 min until mixture increases in volume. Beat in diluted gelatin.Pour mixture into pie crust, top with orange segments and refrigerate for 12 hrs.If desired, decorate with fine strips of orange peel.

1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup low-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons orange zest
1 (8 ounce) carton light whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 ounce) graham cracker crust, extra serving size

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange peel. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with oranges.

1 baked 9 " pie shell
1/4 c orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pkg orange gelatin
1 c hot water
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c sugar
1 c heavy cream

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • 2. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in sugar, orange and lemon juices; gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until almost set.
  • 3. With electric mixer, whip cream; quickly beat into gelatin mixture; pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate until set.

1 cup boiling water
6 ounces cream cheese, softened*
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. Chill small mixing bowl. 2. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.3. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Beat until combined. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until partially set, stirring ocassionally.4. In chilled bowl beat whipping cream on medium speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Spread in crust.5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. *NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

4 cups boiling water
4 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1-1/2 cups orange juice
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
Orange slices, optional

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in ice cream and orange juice until blended. Refrigerate until partially set., Fold in oranges. Pour into two 6-cup ring molds coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate. If desired, serve with orange slices.
