UGLY DIP
This Ugly Dip may not look pretty, but boy does it taste amazing! Made with tomatoes, chilis, olives, cheese and more, this easy low-carb dip recipe won't disappoint!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients. Pour the salad dressing on top and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but overnight is better.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, crusty bread, or celery.
UGLY DIP
This dip has a little kick to it. Usually if I double it, I make it with one can of original Ro-Tel and one can of Extra Hot Ro-Tel. No matter where I take this dip, I always get requests for the recipe. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Drain corn and tomatoes with green chilies in colander.
- 2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar together until smooth.
- 3. Add drained corn and tomatoes with green chilies to sour cream/mayonnaise mixture.
- 4. Stir in onions and cheddar cheese. I save a tablespoon or so of the green onions to sprinkle on top when finished.
- 5. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
UGLY DIP
My friend Hannah and her mom used to make this a lot when we went over to their house. It sounds weird, but it is soooo good! I always ate way too much. Serve with tortilla chips or really any chips.

- Combine corn, black beans, feta cheese and green onions.
- Separately combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and salt and pepper, and whisk together.
- Combine dry ingredients with dressing and toss well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. (Best if chilled for an hour or so).
UGLY DIP
This is some of the ugliest stuff you will put in your mouth. But so delicious. Don't be fooled by the preparation time - it includes 2 hours for chilling.

- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until well chilled.
