Super Easy White Chocolate Mousse image

White Chocolate Mousse is just so rich and creamy! There's nothing better than a SUPER Easy White Chocolate Mousse recipe with only TWO ingredients. This is one of our favorite Easy Christmas recipes, but it's delicious year round as well. This Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe has layers of white chocolate mousse and mini chocolate chips make a great individual dessert anyone would love.

1½ cups heavy cream (341 grams, divided)
12 ounces chopped white chocolate (340 grams (SEE NOTE))
Mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, heat ¾ cup of the cream on medium heat. The cream should get hot and slightly bubbly on the edges, but do not bring it to a boil.
  • Turn off the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the cream and chocolate are completely combined. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • With a hand mixer, beat the other ¾ cup of cream on high until soft peaks form. Once the chocolate mixture is cool, gently fold it into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula.
  • Serve cold topped with mini chocolate chips if desired (its yummy that way!).

6 (1 ounce) white chocolate baking squares (1 package)
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
white chocolate curls

Steps:

  • Microwave: Chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes until almost melted; stirring after one minute until chocolate is almost melted.
  • Stirring until chocolate is melted completely.
  • Cool 20 minutes or until at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  • Beat: remaining 1 1/4 cups of cream in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. (Do not overbeat).
  • Add half of the whipped cream to chocolate mixture; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Gently stir in remaining whipped cream.
  • Spoon evenly into 6 serving dishes.
  • Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
  • Refrigerate: 2 hours or until ready to serve.

1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
1-1/2 cups whipping cream, divided

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 min. or until at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  • Beat remaining cream in medium bowl with mixer until soft peaks form. (Do not overbeat.) Add half the whipped cream to chocolate mixture; stir with whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining whipped cream. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours

Add 2 tablespoons whipped cream to the white chocolate mixture and whisk by hand until smooth. Add half of the remaining whipped cream and fold gently until combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and fold until combined and smooth.
  • Divide the mousse between 6 individual cups. For exactly 6 servings, each should measure 1/2 cup/120 ml. Chill the mousse for at least 2 hours, until set.
