WONDERFUL MEATLOAF
This is my all time favorite recipe for meatloaf. You can substitute the ketchup for barbecue sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, rice, brown sugar, onion and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Mix well and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Spread remaining 1/2 cup ketchup over the top of the loaf. Bake for 15 more minutes.

TURKEY/BROWN RICE MEATLOAF
My hubby loves my regular meatloaf, but I don't. So I tried this for myself, and it is so yummy! The leftovers make great sanwiches. Hope you like it.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
- Shape into a football-like loaf. Place in loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Take loaf out of oven and spread ketchup on top. (I like to sprinkle with some parmasean cheese and blend together with ketchup, but not necessary, your choice)
- Place back in oven and cook an additional 30 minutes.
- Let sit 10 minutes befor slicing.

- Chop turkey. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook rice, carrot, onions and celery in oil 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and rice is toasted light brown.
- 2. Stir in broth and turkey; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Top with cheese and parsley.
