1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey
4 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  • Combine turkey and broccoli in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix soup, milk and cheese until blended; pour over turkey mixture. Top with stuffing.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.

3 cups uncooked penne (or medium pasta)
3 tablespoons butter
1 onion ( finely diced)
8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
10 ¾ ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ⅓ cups milk
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
1 cup havarti cheese (or swiss cheese, shredded )
3 cups cooked turkey
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
  • Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
  • Cook onion, mushrooms, and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl combine soup, mushroom mixture, milk, seasonings, and ½ of the cheese. Fold in turkey and pasta.
  • Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish, top with remaining cheese, and sprinkle with topping.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

1 cup pea pods
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
soy sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Season to taste.

4 cups cooked turkey, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
28 ounces frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Put turkey into a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Saute onions in olive oil until tender.
  • In a bowl, combine soup, milk, miracle whip, sauted onions and salt & pepper. Mix well. Pour over turkey.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Top with tatertots.
  • Bake 350 for 60 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
  • Update: Made this with cooked chicken instead of turkey and my family loved it!

  • In a large saucepan, combine the turkey legs with the chicken stock and, if necessary, water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to moderately low and simmer until the meat is cooked through, about 1 hour. Using tongs, transfer the turkey to a cutting board and let cool. Simmer the stock over moderately high heat until reduced to 4 cups, about 20 to 40 minutes. Shred the meat and discard the skin and bones.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°. In a large pot, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter. Add the carrots, celery, onion, fennel, thyme and nutmeg and cook over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the reduced stock, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Add the turkey, cream, peas and parsley, season with kosher salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Spread in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the mushrooms and cook over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the leeks and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tarragon. Spread the mushroom mixture over the turkey in the baking dish.
  • Spread the tots over the mushroom mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, until bubbling and golden. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with hot sauce, if desired.
