This layered casserole with stuffing, turkey, veggies, mashed potatoes and cheese is the perfect way to serve Thanksgiving leftovers.

- Combine turkey, mixed vegetables and mayo; spoon over stuffing.
- Mix potatoes and cheese; spread over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 30 to 40 min. or until heated through.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook celery at a boil until tender, 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and bell pepper in the melted butter until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Whisk flour into onion mixture until the butter and flour form a paste. Add mushroom soup, milk, and mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix turkey, celery, pimento peppers, almonds, and salt into mushroom soup mixture; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish; top with bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted, 30 to 40 minutes.

- Layer the first 4 ingredients in a large casserole; lightly mix.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top; sprinkle the cheese evenly over and sprinkle the pepper over the cheese.
- Bake on middle oven rack for approximately 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Alternately place in 4 to 6 small single serving casseroles; either way these casseroles freeze well.

- Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. , In a large bowl, combine the stuffing cubes, poultry seasoning and sage. Stir in broth and celery mixture. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish., In another large bowl, combine the turkey, soup, garlic powder and 1/4 cup sour cream; spoon over stuffing mixture. Drain potatoes; mash in a large bowl. Beat in the cream cheese, pepper, salt and remaining sour cream; spread over turkey mixture.
