Tuesday Night Taco Totchos Recipes

TUESDAY NIGHT TACO TOTCHOS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 425ºF.
• Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
• Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
• Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients.

TOTCHOS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until browned and very crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.
• While tater tots are cooking, cook ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Stir in salsa and seasoning and cook for a few minutes more.
• Mound tater tots slightly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with half the cheese; top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese then top with tomatoes, bell pepper and olives.
• Cook for 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with any optional toppings desired.

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK TOTCHOS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 425ºF.
• Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
• Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add meat; cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
• Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
• Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with meat mixture. Drizzle with VELVEETA sauce.
