1/3 c butter
1 c crushed graham crackers
1/2 c rolled oats
1 can(s) (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c flaked coconut
3/4 c baking m&ms
3/4 c raisins
1 c whole peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Place butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan, heat in oven about 5 minutes or until butter is melted. Remove from oven. Tilt pan to coat bottom evenly. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and oats , toss and coat with melted butter evenly and press into bottom of pan. .
  • 3. Sprinkle with m&m baking pieces, raisins and peanuts.
  • 4. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle flaked coconut.
  • 5. Bake about 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  • 6. Cool in pan on wire rack. When completely cooled, cut into bars.

These no-bake bars make a yummy snack that the entire family will love! If desired, you can substitute other nut butter for the peanut butter and other nuts and seeds for the sunflower seeds.

cooking spray
3 cups crispy rice cereal
3 cups toasted oat cereal rings (such as Cheerios®)
1 ½ cups raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 cup honey
¾ cup brown sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix crispy rice cereal, oat cereal rings, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips together in a large bowl.
  • Stir honey and brown sugar in a saucepan, place over high heat, and bring to a boil. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to make an even layer.
  • Let cool and cut into bars.

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup shortening
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups M&M's® chocolate candies
1 cup peanuts
3/4 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Beat sugars, peanut butter, butter, shortening, vanilla and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda thoroughly. Stir in candies, peanuts and raisins.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with fork.
  • Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a handheld mixer, cream the almond butter, coconut sugar and vanilla together on high speed with the paddle attachment. Turn off the mixer and add in the dry mixture along with the almond milk. Turn the mixer back on to low speed and gradually up to medium once the ingredients start to come together. Beat just until incorporated being careful not to over mix.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold in the chocolate chips, coconut, dried cherries and pistachios. Dump the dough into the prepared baking pan and use your hands to press it into an even layer.
