- In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs, baking soda, vanilla and corn syrup. Add oats and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 3 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 14-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Tip the butter and sugar into a large mixing bowl, beat until combined, then stir in the yolks and vanilla. Tip in the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, a pinch of sea salt and any other fillings you want to add. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Lightly butter a 25cm ovenproof frying pan. Spoon in and flatten the cookie mixture. For a gooey dessert, bake for 20 mins, leave to rest for 5 mins, then scoop straight from the pan and serve with ice cream, if you like. For a firmer cookie you can cut, bake for 30 mins, then leave to cool completely before cutting into wedges.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until combined; mix in vanilla.
- With mixer on low speed, add flour mixture; mix until just incorporated. With a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop 1/4-cup mounds of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, at least 4 inches apart and away from edges of pan. (You will fit about 4 cookies to a sheet; bake in 2 batches, using 2 baking sheets per batch.) Bake until golden, 15 to 18 minutes, rotating sheets front to back and from top to bottom of oven halfway through.
- Cool 1 to 2 minutes on baking sheets, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
TONY'S GIANT GOURMET COOKIES

- 1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt set aside.2. In mixer bowl, beat together margarine and sugars until smooth. Mix in eggs, honey and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips.3. Drop by slightly rounded 1/4-cup measure onto ungreased baking sheets. Slightly flatten with palm of hand.4. Bake at 375°F oven about 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack before storing in airtight container.

Place on the baking sheet, about 3 inches apart. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until set on the outside, but still puffed and a bit gooey in the center, rotating the pans halfway through.
