- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, sugar, vanilla, salt, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven until slightly brown, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool. Refrigerate until chilled.

Steps:
- Combine tofu, lemon juice, Splenda, extracts, yogurt, cinnamon and milk in blender or food processor.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 400°F for 45-60 minutes or until golden on top and firm in the middle.
- Remove from oven and chill until completely cooled. Top with pie filling and serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Be sure rack is in the middle. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix with 1 of the eggs and the oil in a large bowl (mixture will be crumbly). Press crust mixture evenly into bottom and three-quarters up the sides of prepared pan.
- In same bowl, with same beaters (no need to wash), blelnd cream cheese and sugar. Add remaining eggs and reserved cake mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
- At low speed, slowly add milk, lemon juice and food coloring; mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 45-55 minutes or until center is firm.
- When cool, spread with whipped cream; chill before serving. To serve, cut into squares and garnish each squaare with a whole, unstemmed strawberry.
- Store in refrigerator; freeze covered with foil.

- Pulse Digestive Biscuit (250 gram), Unsalted Butter (60 gram), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon) together to make a crumb. If crushing in a ziplock bag, melt the butter.

- In saucepan, dissolve Agar-Agar Powder (2 teaspoon) in Water (125 milliliter). Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for about a minute. Immediately drizzle the agar agar mixture into the food processor while it runs.
