EASY MEATLOAF
This is a very easy and no fail recipe for meatloaf. It won't take long to make at all, and it's quite good!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9-x5-inch loaf pan.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Cook sliced vidalia onion and chopped banana peppers until softened,about 6 minutes.Stir in 1/2 cup tiger sauce.Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl,combine ground beef,honey mustard,egg whites,shredded parmesan cheese,sea salt/black pepper,cumin,bread crumbs and remaining tiger sauce;mix gently.
- Spoon half of meat mixture in a loaf pan.Add onion mixture on the half of meat mixture.Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Spoon remaining half of meat mixture on top.Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
