3/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Whisk sour cream, olive oil, horseradish, dill, and vinegar together in a small bowl.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3 -4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 drops red peppers or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (I use 1/2 water & 1/2 oil)

Steps:

  • Place the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and cheese in the container of a blender; process until mixture is smooth.
  • With motor running, add the oil in a very thin stream through the center of the blender's lid until all oil is incorporated. Dressing should have a creamy-like consistency. Store in the refrigerator.

2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 package (2 ounces) thinly sliced deli corned beef, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons dill weed, divided
1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 round unsliced loaf (1 pound) sourdough or rye bread
Assorted vegetables and crackers

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, corned beef, onion, parsley, 1 tablespoon dill and seasoned salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Trace the large shamrock pattern onto a piece of waxed paper; cut out. Place on loaf. Carefully cut out and removed shamrock; set aside. Hollow out loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Cut removed bread and cutout shamrock into cubes. Fill shell with dip; sprinkle with remaining dill. Serve with bread cubes, vegetables and crackers.

What a great dressing this one is. It's very thick and almost like a dip. To thin it down, I add a little bit of milk until I get it to the consistency I like. You can do the same thing and make it just the way you like it- thick or thin- you choose.
