Ingredients

2 tablespoons ground coffee beans
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
water
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

Place coffee and cardamom in the filter of your coffee machine. Place enough water to make 2 cups of coffee in the machine. Turn on the coffee machine.
Pour brewed coffee into 2 coffee cups, and stir 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk into each cup. Serve.

In a mixing glass, combine condensed milk, sugar, and salt. When the coffee is ready strain it into the mixing glass and stir to dissolve the sugar and the condensed milk. Taste the coffee; it should taste a little too dark and a little too sweet at this point.
When ready to serve, fill your glass completely with ice and pour the coffee over the ice. Top with evaporated milk and enjoy!
