4 apples
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup artificial sweetener

Steps:

  • Peel and core apples. Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. I drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.
