Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ BBQ Lettuce Cup image

Adding a small amount of your favorite barbeque sauce to this chilled salad made with shredded chicken and sharp Cheddar gives a hint of what is to come.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup cooked shredded chicken
½ cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 head Tanimura and Antle Sweet Gem(tm) Gourmet Lettuce
1 pinch Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, cheese, onions and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt. Remove leaves from Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce and chill for at least 1 hour. Fill center of Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce leaves with mixture.
