ENCHILADA CASSER-OLE!

My husband loves this casserole, but it never lasts too long. Packed with black beans, cheese, tomatoes and plenty of Southwest flavor, it's an impressive entree that's as simple as it is simply delicious. -Marsha Wills, Homosassa, Florida

TACO CASSEROLE OLE

Taco Casserole Ole image

Yum! We loved this creamy delicious casserole. It has a bit of heat which we enjoyed, but if that is too much for your taste buds cut back on the heat a bit by adjusting the jalapenos. It will still be a super tasty casserole. The taco seasoning really punches up the flavor. This is quick and easy to prepare. A great weeknight...
