CHEESECAKE SUPREME
This is a very dense cheesecake with a very smooth and creamy filling. The crust tastes like a lemon cookie. This does take some time to make but very well worth the effort.

Steps:
- MAKE CRUST: Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla.
- Blend throughly.
- Pat 1/3 of the dough on the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan (sides removed).
- Be sure to leave the edges clear to put the sides on later.
- Bake in 400 degree oven about 8 minutes or until golden, Cool.
- Attach sides to bottom, butter and pat remaining dough on sides to height of 1 3/4 inches.
- MAKE FILLING: Beat cream chesse until creamy.
- Add vanilla and lemon peel.
- In a separate bowl mix together sugar, flour and salt.
- Gradually blend into cheese mixture.
- Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beater after each just to blend.
- Gently stir in whipping cream.
- Pour into the crust lined pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees and continue baking 55 minutes.
- Remove from oven; cool.
- Loosen sides with saptula after 1/2 hour.
- Remove sides at the end of 1 hour.
- Allow to cool 2 hours longer.
- Serve plain or top with Strawberry or Pineapple Glaze.
- STRAWBERRY GLAZE: In a saucepan crush 1 cup of the berries; add the water and cook 2 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with the sugar (amount depends on how sweet the berries are).
- Stir into hot berry mixture.
- Bring to boiling; stirring constantly.
- Cook until thick and clear.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Place remaining strawberries on top of the cooled cheesecake.
- Pour glaze over the strawberries and chill about 2 hours.
- PINEAPPLE GLAZE: Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in pineapple juice and lemon peel.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boiling.
- Cook and stir until thick and clear.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Cut canned pineapple rings in half; arrange in a spoke fashion around edge of cheesecake.
- Spoon glaze over; chill 2 hours.
CHEESY ALFREDO SAUCE SUPREME
The cream cheese is what makes this sauce special, for the best results use only butter and heavy whipping cream.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, lightly saute the garlic for about 3-4 minutes but do not brown.
- Add in the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and whipping cream; whisking constantly until smooth.
- Add more milk if the sauce is too thick.
- Stir until the sauce is very hot (bring just to a boil).
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Toss fettuccine lightly with the sauce, coating well.
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
CHEESY CHICKEN SUPREME

- In skillet, heat a small amount of butter or oil. Add chicken and saute. When chicken is almost done, add onions and continue to cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Then, add the soup, milk, and cheese. Stir and reduce heat. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Great served over mashed potatoes!

- Pasta.
- Place macaroni and spaghetti into a pot of lightly salted water and leave it to boil for around 10 to 20 minutes (until it softens).
- In a separate pot, pour milk, butter and flour and stir over a gentle heat until the butter melts.
- Stir in the 3 pieces of cheese. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it thicken whilst continuously stirring. Continue the process until a thick white creamy sauce is obtained.
- Slice and fry the garlic till golden brown.
- Slice mushrooms and cheese for garnishing.
- When the macaroni and pasta has cooked, drain it well. Place it onto a plate and pour over the cheese sauce. Cover the top with the mushrooms, cheese and garlic.
- Sandwiches.
- Spread margarine on the slices of bread.
- Scramble an egg.
- Sandwich the cheese and egg between the two slices of bread.
- Slice the sandwich into quarters.
- Serve on plate along with the pasta.
