Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Stir the bread crumbs, Pecorino Romano, garlic, parsley, mint, salt and pepper, to taste, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium bowl to blend.
- Drizzle a heavy large baking sheet with about 1 tablespoon olive oil, to coat. Spoon the filling into the mushroom cavities and arrange on the baking sheet, cavity side up. Drizzle remaining oil over the filling in each mushroom. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden on top, about 25 minutes. Serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough end of stems.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems to the skillet. Fry until any moisture has disappeared, taking care not to burn garlic. Set aside to cool.
- When garlic and mushroom mixture is no longer hot, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Mixture should be very thick. Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Arrange the mushroom caps on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form under caps.

- In a large bowl mix the following ingredients: grated celery root and carrot, diced onion, chopped scallions and dill, coriander, thyme, pepper and salt.
- Remove the mushrooms' stems. Don't throw them away. You can make a delicious mushroom rice pilaf out of them.
- Preheat the oven at 375°F.
- Place the mushrooms in an oven tray.
- If you use butter - melt it in a small saucepan then pour a little in each mushroom.
- If you use oil, just pour a few drops in each mushroom.
- Stuff each mushroom with about 1 or 1 1/2 tsp of stuffing.
- Pour 1/4 cup of water in the tray. We want the mushrooms to be moist not dry.
- Cover the tray with some aluminum foil.
- Place it in the oven and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
- Eat!

- Pull out the stalk of mushrooms.
- scoop out a bit of the inside if you would like them deeper.
- mix cream cheese and parmesan cheese together (regular parmesan works too but I like extra sharp parmesan).
- add salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic to taste.
- stuff the mushrooms.
- sprinkle a little paprika for colour.
- grill until slightly golden.
- don't put too many on a plate as they are very rich.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Quickly rinse off mushrooms under water.
- Gently wiggle the stems out of mushroom caps. Mince stems only and save for later.
- Toss mushrooms in 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch each of salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Arrange caps on baking sheet hollow side up.
- Heat remaining tablespoon of oil in skillet on medium heat. Saute garlic and minced mushroom stems for 5-7minutes.Stir with wooden spoon until most of juices are evaporated.
- Transfer garlic and stems to mixing bowl. Add stuffing mix, cheese, and sage. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon filling into caps, and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Hollow out each mushroom cap, reserving scrapings.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage, onion, and reserved mushroom scrapings in hot skillet until sausage is browned and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Drain and discard grease; return sausage mixture to skillet.
- Stir 3 ounces Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, and parsley into sausage mixture. Cook and stir until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with sausage mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 ounce Parmesan cheese over mushrooms and bake until mushrooms are cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbling, about 3 minutes.
