BLUEBERRY BASIL ICE POPS RECIPE BY TASTY

Here's what you need: sugar, fresh basil, water, frozen blueberry, lemon juice

¾ cup sugar
½ cup fresh basil, loosely packed
½ cup water
16 oz frozen blueberry
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, basil, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved and the basil is fragrant. Remove from the heat.
  • Strain the herb syrup through a fine-mesh sieve set over a blender. Add the blueberries and lemon juice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture between 6 ice pop molds. Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
  • Enjoy!

1-3/4 cups whole milk, divided
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • In a microwave, warm 1/4 cup milk; stir in honey until blended. Stir in remaining 1-1/2 cups milk and vanilla., Divide berries among molds; cover with milk mixture. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
6 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3-ounce size) and 10 wooden pop sticks
2 cups clementine segments (about 10), seeded if necessary
6 tablespoons orange juice

Steps:

  • Place strawberries, water and sugar in a food processor; pulse until combined. Divide among molds or cups. Top molds with holders; if using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours., Wipe food processor clean. Add clementines and orange juice; pulse until combined. Spoon over strawberry layer. Freeze, covered, until firm.

2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice

Steps:

  • Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes; cool slightly. Add to blender. Add lemon juice; cover and process until combined., Pour into a shallow freezer container; cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or until almost frozen. Just before serving, whip mixture in a blender or food processor.
