OOEY GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
This is amazingly sweet and way too tempting to resist!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix cake mix and 2 eggs together in a bowl. Add butter and vanilla extract; mix until batter is smooth and thick. Spread batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Beat confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, and 2 eggs together in a bowl until smooth; spread over batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until sides of cake are pulled away from dish and browned, 25 to 35 minutes. Cool cake completely. Sprinkle more confectioners' sugar over cooled cake.

STICKY GOOEY HONEY CAKE
Not the typical honey cake you are used to. This is a cake that is more honey than cake, by which I mean its texture is sticky and gooey rather than being solid. I really intended something quite different, and at first thought this cake was almost a disaster - but after I put it in the refrigerator it actually turned out pretty nicely. If you vary the amount of honey, you can probably come up with something resembling the more solid cake I originally intended. (But if you use too little honey you will wind up with a typical mediocre honey cake- so be careful!)

Steps:
- Pour the mix in a cake pan (preferably disposable given the nature of the recipe).
- Pour the honey in the cake pan.
- Beat vigorously for at least 5 minutes or so, so the honey will mix in with the cake mix. You will not need water or eggs or any other ingredients.
- Bake for 45 minute at 350. Do not expect the mix to be solid.
- Put mix in refrigerator for at least one and a half hours so it will solidify somewhat.
- Thaw for at least 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
- Grease a 10" springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, spices, baking soda, and salt Make a well in the center and pour in the beaten eggs and honey.
- Stir only enough to mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle top with the chopped nuts.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
- Cool in the pan on a rack.
- Cake will sink slightly in the center as it cools.

Steps:
- Bring the honey to a boil and cool.
- Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg yolks, one at a time.
- Beat until fluffy, then beat in the honey.
- Sift flour with dry ingredients, add in alternately with sour cream, and stir in nuts.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
- Bake in a tube pan (or a cookie sheet) at 325F (163C) until done, about 50-55 minutes.
- Lower heat to 300F (150C) in final stages of baking to prevent honey from burning.

- Coat a 9" x 5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the almonds and beat until well blended.
