- For dressing, mix first six ingredients until blended. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add beef and jalapeno; cook and stir until beef is no longer pink, 1-3 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat., Place spinach, red pepper and cucumber in a large bowl. Add beef; toss with dressing. Serve immediately.

- In a large resealable bag, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt, oil and hot pepper sauce. Add beef; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, onions and garlic; cover and refrigerate until serving., Drain and discard marinade. Thread the beef cubes onto eight metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Serve with spinach and yogurt sauce.

- In large nonmetal dish or resealable food-storage plastic bag, place steak. Add 1/4 cup of the vinaigrette dressing; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
- When ready to grill, heat gas or charcoal grill. When grill is heated, remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
- In large bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, onions and remaining 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing to mix.
- Divide spinach mixture evenly onto serving plates. Top each with steak slices; sprinkle with almonds.

- Arrange spinach on a large plate. Sprinkle with cranberries and walnuts, and arrange tomato slices on top. Set aside.
