Crispy, spicy and delicious game day food. This is an easy recipe that you can make at home for yourself or for a crowd.

2 lbs Chicken Wings (defrosted)
¾ cup Coconut Flour (* 1 cup carbquick is excellent too if you are not gluten free.)
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 batch Low Carb Buffalo Sauce (*link to recipe. You can use pre-made sauce. Just check the label for hidden sugars.)
salt/ pepper (* to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees if using the oven method. This recipe also includes instructions for the air fryer.
  • Season the coconut flour with salt and pepper to taste. (Taste it to be sure).
  • Beat egg and heavy cream until fluffed up slightly. Dip each wing in the egg wash and then in the flour mixture. Press down to coat well.

1/2 cup butter, melted
2 -5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Place wings in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Combine butter, hot pepper sauce, garlic salt and paprika; pour over wings. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear. Drain wings. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery if desired (or, I prefer with ranch!). :).

My family loves these low-carb and keto-friendly baked chicken wings! They're a staple around our house during football season. I love to serve them with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

cooking spray
½ cup butter
¾ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Valentina®)
¼ cup sucralose sugar substitute (such as Splenda®)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds chicken wing pieces, drumettes and flats
½ cup blue cheese salad dressing

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking pan with foil. Spray a wire rack with cooking spray and set inside the baking pan.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan. Mix in hot sauce, sucralose, salt, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set sauce aside.
  • Place chicken wing pieces on the prepared rack.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour off any juices accumulated in the bottom of the pan, and turn chicken pieces over. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Cover with sauce and toss to coat. Return chicken to the rack on the baking pan and bake until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, 15 to 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
