This easy baked spaghetti casserole is a family favorite that is easy to prepare!

Number Of Ingredients 12

16 ounces spaghetti (cooked)
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese (shredded )
1 pound ground beef (or italian sausage)
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 green pepper (diced)
32 ounces pasta sauce
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat, onion, garlic, seasoning and green pepper over medium heat making sure to break up the meat very well. (Drain any fat if needed).
  • Add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and tomatoes to meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes uncovered. Stir in spaghetti and parsley.
  • Spread into a 9x13 pan, top with cheeses and bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and cheese is browned and bubbly. Cut into squares to serve.

8 oz spaghetti
1/2 c milk
1 large egg beaten
1 lb ground beef, or ground venison
1/2 red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper chopped
2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
1 medium onion chopped
4 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp new mexico red chili powder
1 tsp each cumin and mexican oregano
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 c each shredded monterey jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Cook spaghetti in salted water and drain. Mix milk and egg together and stir in the spaghetti. Pour spaghetti in a buttered 9 x 13 casserole pan. Preheat oven 425 degrees.
  • 2. Brown the beef with the onion, garlic, pepper, and jalapeno. Drain. Add meat back to pan. Stir in spices. Add the tomato sauce and cook 2 minutes.
  • 3. Pour over spaghetti and top with cheese and cilantro. Bake for about 15 minutes. Until cheese is bubbly and melted.

2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 ⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ⁄2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti per package directions. Combine milk and egg, mix well. Combine drained spaghetti, milk and egg; mix well. Pour spaghetti mixture into a buttered 9X13 inch casserole dish. Brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper and garlic in a large skillet; drain. Return drained meat back into the skillet and add seasonings; Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and cook for 2 more minutes. Spread meat mixture over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

2 cups 4% cottage cheese
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh basil, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoned salt; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat., Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish. 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (32 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
2 eggs
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups small curd cottage cheese, divided
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beef and onion until meat is browned and onions are soft and translucent, about 7 minutes. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt.

1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (16 ounces) picante sauce
1 can (8 ounces) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounces) no-salt-added tomato paste
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir in spinach and oregano; set aside. , In a nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in the picante sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder and cumin; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and picante sauce

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. , Stir in the taco seasoning, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and olives. Drain spaghetti; stir into the beef mixture., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 25-30 minutes.
