- Mix everything except sharp cheddar cheese for 1 minute with mixer then add sharp cheddar cheese and mix for 2 minutes.
- Line a bowl with plastic wrap and scape cheese ball mixture into bowl wrapping plastic wrap tightly around the cheese ball. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Roll in parsley if desired.
