4 chicken breasts
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated and divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup parsley, chopped, for garnish
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, minced garlic, heavy whipping cream, and cornstarch.
Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish, top each with a slice of mozzarella, and coat with the sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the top and bake until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly, about 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley, as desired.

Lay the chicken breasts side by side in the prepared pan. It's okay if they touch. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then lay the bacon strips out side by side on the prepared baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread it evenly across the tops of all the chicken pieces.
Toss the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until evenly coated, and then sprinkle over the sour cream mixture.
