S'MORES NO-BAKE COOKIES

Steps:
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and oil, uncovered, at 50% power until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds, 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in cereal until blended; fold in marshmallows. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.

NO BAKE SMORE'S COOKIES
Steps:
- Mix butter, cocoa, sugar, milk, and salt together in large pot over medium high heat.
- Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until melted.
- Stir in the oatmeal and ¼ cup of graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Gently mix in the 1 cup of marshmallows.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Immediately top with marshmallows and the remaining crushed graham crackers.
- Allow to cool and harden.

- Stir in Golden Graham cereal until evenly coated. Add chocolate chips and continue stirring until evenly distributed. (If you would rather the chips not melt much, just freeze them beforehand.)
- For the optional drizzle, melt chocolate chips in a double-boiler or (carefully) in the microwave until melted. If the chocolate is too thick, stir in a teaspoon or two of shortening or vegetable oil to thin. Transfer melted chocolate to a pastry bag fitted with a small tip, and drizzle onto the cookies once they have cooled slightly. (If you do not have a pastry bag, you can also use a plastic freezer bag, and just snip off a tiny corner to drizzle.)
