- In slow cooker, whisk together ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard powder, cayenne, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- Add ribs to slow cooker, and toss with sauce. Arrange ribs, bone side up, in a single row. Cover; cook on high, 6 hours (or on low, 10 hours).
- Serve ribs drizzled with pan juices and, if desired, barbecue sauce.

- In a fry-pan over high heat, quickly sear the pork loin.
- In a slow cooker, combine the brown sugar, ginger, apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, ketchup, and soy sauce.
- Add the pork, red bell pepper, carrot, onion, pineapple pieces, and stir slightly.
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- Mix together the water and cornstarch until it forms a smooth paste. Pour this into the slow cooker and mix, try to make sure there are no lumps.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
- Serve & Enjoy.

- In a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker, mix the first 10 ingredients. Stir in pork, onion, green pepper and pineapple. - Put 4 tbsp of barbecue sauce along with the rest of the ingredients into your slow cooker. Top up with enough water to cover (roughly 1.5l). Slow cook on Low for 8 - 9 hours until very tender but not completely falling off the bone.
- Heat the oven to 220C/ 200C fan/ gas mark 7. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker using a slotted spoon or tongs. Handle them carefully as the meat will be very tender and may start to fall off.
