LEMON SHRIMP PASTA IN GARLIC WHITE WINE SAUCE
Lemon Shrimp Pasta in Garlic White Wine Sauce: restaurant-style lemon garlic white wine shrimp pasta recipe that's bursting with flavors and extremely easy to make at home.

Steps:
- In a large pan, add butter, oil and heat it for a minute on high flame and then reduce the flame to medium.
- Now add chopped garlic and chili flakes. Let them crackle for 10 seconds.
- Now, add the shrimp, Italian seasoning and let them cook for 3-4 minutes (saute in between).
- Once the shrimps are fully cooked, Transfer them to a large plate.
- In the same pan, add the butter, oil and let it heat for a minute.
- Add crushed garlic, stir 3-4 times and then discard the garlic.(This will flavor the sauce with garlic without giving it an over-powering garlic flavor) BUT (You may keep the garlic as per your choice and proceed with next step).
- Add the All-Purpose flour and saute for 2 minutes (over medium flame to prevent from burning).
- Once the flour is cooked, add the broth and wine.
- Whisk everything and reduce the flame to low.
- Bring this to a boil once and add the cream.
- Whisk everything and let this cook for 1-2 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Add the cooked shrimp, lemon juice and seasoning.
- Stir everything carefully and mix.
- Now add the pasta and give it a quick mix (I like to use tongs to mix everything here).
- Let this cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh cilantro, chili flakes and add some lemon juice on top (if you are using any garnish).
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

SKINNY SHRIMP IN A LIGHT LEMON WINE SAUCE
This is a low fat recipe I put together to be low fat. The dish is lemony with a little kick from crushed red pepper. If you don't like wine. You may substitute with chicken stock. enjoy!

Steps:
- Heat 1/2 of oil in large pan. Sauté Brocolli, peppers and lemon zest together. Add 1 clove grated garlic. Cook until vegetables soften while stirring. Should take about 5 minutes. Remove vegetables to platter. Cover, and set aside.
- Add remaining garlic to pan with olive oil. Add the shrimp. Cook and stir until shrimp is nearly cooked. will turn pink, and inside will Still be slightly shiny. Remove shrimp from pan.
- Mix fish sauce and wine together. Add to the pan. Add crushed Red pepper, and basil, and lemon juice. Cook about 2 minutes on high heat stirring. Mix corn starch with 2 teaspoon of water. Add to pan.
- Add shrimp and vegetables back to pan with sauce. Cook until thickened and shrimp is cooked through. About 2-3 minutes. Add capers, Salt and pepper to taste. Serve alone or over Cooked pasta.

- Peel and devein shrimp, removing tails. Cut each shrimp lengthwise in half. Cook pasta according to package directions. , In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, green onions and garlic; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon., Add broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, salt and red pepper flakes to same pan. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is slightly reduced, about 1 minute. SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC, LEMON, AND WHITE WINE

- Place 1/4 cup oil, scallion whites, garlic, and oregano in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until the oil starts to simmer, about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and increase heat to high. Cook, stirring and turning often, until opaque, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and wine to the skillet; simmer for about 1 1/2 minutes. Add water, pepper, and salt; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, scallion greens, and parsley until even distributed. Arrange the shrimp on warmed plates and spoon the sauce on top.

SPICY SHRIMP IN A WHITE WINE, LEMON & BUTTER SAUCE
Whipped this up on a whim with some frozen shrimp and left over wine. It was absolutely delicious so I had to post it! Goes great over spinach or a rice pilaf and a nice piece of crispy bread to sop up the juice!

- If using frozen shrimp defrost in a bowl of tepid water. Then rinse off and pat dry.
- In a large saucepan melt 3 tablespoons of the butter or margarine over medium heat. While that is melting toss the shrimp with all the dry ingredients.
- Once butter is completely melted and turning a light golden color add the shrimp. Cook on one side until nice and brown and crispy. Turn over and add lemon juice. Cook until opaque, one-two more minutes.
- Remove shrimp from pan. Leave pan on the flame. Add the remaining butter and let melt. Once the butter is melted add the wine to deglaze the pan and bring to a simmer. Let sauce cook down until it almost stops bubbling.
- Pour over shrimp and enjoy!
