Steps:
- Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook ham in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in Alfredo sauce; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min. Remove from heat.
- Drain gnocchi. Add to Alfredo sauce mixture in skillet; stir gently to evenly coat gnocchi with Alfredo sauce mixture. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Stir in pepper.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

- In 12-inch skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and garlic; cook and stir 1 to 3 minutes or until toasted. Pour into small bowl; clean out skillet.
- In same skillet, melt remaining 5 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes; cook 13 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
- Add broth to skillet; heat to simmering. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened; reduce heat to medium. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Stir in spinach, a handful at a time, until wilted. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan.

CREAMY HAM AND GNOCCHI BAKE

- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a small handful of salt. Add gnocchi to boiling water and cook until they float to the surface. Remove and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a deep skillet to medium heat. Lightly oil pan and cook ham steak (4-5 minutes per side). Remove from pan and dice.
- In the same pan, melt butter and saute garlic and shallot until fragrant (about 1 minute). Whisk in flour until incorporated to form a paste. Slowly add the milk to mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in dijon mustard and thyme. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheeses and stir until melted. Stir in ham, gnocchi, and 3/4 cup of peas.
- Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of peas and breadcrumbs if desired. Bake 18-20 minutes or until bubbling.
- Remove dish from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes with liquid and season with salt and pepper. Cook tomato sauce until slightly thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once gnocchi float to the top, drain, and transfer to a serving dish. Top gnocchi with tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil chiffonade.
