CILANTRO BUTTER TILAPIA SKILLET FILLETS

Steps:

• Combine the first three ingredients and wprinkle over both sides of the fish.
• Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat and coat the pan and both sides of the fish with cooking spray.
• Place the fish in the pan and cook for three minutes on each side, or until it flakes with a fork.
• Place the fish on a serving platter and squeeze the lemon wedges over the fish.
• Place the butter and remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended, serve with the fish.

Steps:

• Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of fish. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray; place in pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Place fish on a serving platter; squeeze lemon quarters over fish. Place butter and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended. Serve with fish.
