1 chipotle chile in adobo
1/8 cup onion, finely diced
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters

Steps:

Place ranch dressing, chipotle pepper and onion in blender and process till smooth and creamy.
Serve over lettuce quarters.
