RANCH PORK CHOP SHEET PAN SUPPER

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Worcestershire, 2 tablespoons of the ranch dressing mix, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the pepper until combined.
- Brush the mixture over the chops on both sides and place in a row on one side of a sheet pan using tongs.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the potatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of the ranch dressing mix and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and toss to coat. Tip onto the middle of the sheet pan next to the pork chops. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the beans to a bowl along with the remaining olive oil, ranch mix and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and toss.
- When the 15 minutes is up, remove the sheet pan from the oven and flip the pork chops. Toss the potatoes and add the green beans to the empty space at the side of the baking sheet. Bake until the vegetables are just beginning to brown, about 7 minutes more. Garnish with the parsley leaves and serve.
SHEET PAN ROASTED GARLIC-BALSAMIC PORK TENDERLOIN WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Grease the foil with oil or cooking spray.
- Place the tenderloins in the center of the prepared pan and set aside.
- Combine the 1/2 cup oil with the vinegar, honey, garlic, onion, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Reserve 2/3 cup of the marinade in a small saucepan. Stir the potatoes and carrots into the large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Drizzle 1/3 cup of the reserved marinade over the pork, coating all the sides. Set the remaining 1/3 cup marinade aside to serve as a sauce. Scatter the potatoes and carrots evenly around the pork. Roast in the oven until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 50 minutes. Let the pork rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
- While the pork is resting, heat the remaining marinade in the small saucepan.
- Slice the pork and drizzle with the warm marinade.

- Preheat oven to 450°. In a small bowl, combine butter, chives and garlic; set aside. In a second bowl, combine green beans with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Arrange green beans down 1 side of a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In the same bowl, combine potatoes with remaining olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes on other side of pan., Pat pork dry with paper towels; brush with teriyaki glaze. Place on top of green beans. , Bake until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 25-30 minutes. Remove tenderloins to a cutting board and top with 2 tablespoons seasoned butter. Tent pork with aluminum foil; let stand., Stir green beans and potatoes; return to oven and cook until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes longer. Stir remaining seasoned butter into vegetables., Slice pork; serve with roasted vegetables and pan drippings. If desired, top with sesame seeds and additional minced chives.

BALSAMIC PORK CHOPS

- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and stir to combine.
- When butter and oil shimmer, carefully add chops and cook over medium heat until browned on one side, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook pork chops until no longer pink in the center and browned on the other side, 3 to 4 minutes. Do not overcook the chops or they will turn dry and hard. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Remove pork chops from heat and cover to keep warm.
- Combine chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring glaze to a boil over medium-high heat and boil until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Drizzle pan-fried chops with balsamic glaze and serve warm.

- Sprinkle pork chops with pepper flakes, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°). Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, whisk the vinegar, honey, green onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. - Pork Chops. Generously season 4 thick pork chops with salt pepper and Italian seasoning Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter to the hot pan until bubbly. Add pork chops and sear on each side for 3 minutes on medium high heat for a total of 6 minutes. Make sure to not go over 6 minutes since we will be reheating the pork chops in the sauce later on. Remove pork chops from the pan.
- Honey Balsamic Sauce. Add 1 tbsp butter to the now empty pan and add chopped scallions, garlic, fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Next, add 2nd tablespoon butter, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup honey and cook until well incorporated, approximately 2 minutes. Now add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard - this will thicken the sauce. Taste the sauce and add salt, if necessary.
- Assembly.Add pork chops back to the pan and reheat spooning the sauce all over. This will allow pork chops to finish cooking. Pork chops internal temperature should be 145 F.
