Easy and delicious bar cookie recipe--my husband's favorite!

Ingredients

½ cup butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup salted peanuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave; pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish, tilting to coat. Sprinkle on the graham cracker crumbs; press mixture with your hands to form a crust.
Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and peanuts over the graham cracker crust. Pour the condensed milk over the layers.
Bake in preheated oven until edges begin to brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for glass baking pan). In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup nuts, chopped

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahreheit (325 degrees Fahrenheit for a glass dish).
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
Press crumb mixture firmly in the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture.
Layer evenly with semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, coconut, and nuts.
Press down firmly with a fork.
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
Store leftovers covered.

1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk ((14 ounces))

Steps:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour melted butter into a 13x9-inch baking pan.
Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly across the pan.
Add your layer of chopped walnuts, then milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and white chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk over all the layers, covering everything entirely.
Top with coconut.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is a light golden brown.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Make sure to spray the interior sides well.
In a medium size bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and gently press to create a crust that covers the entire bottom of the pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb crust. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut and nuts over condensed milk layer. Gently press down with a fork.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until begining to lightly brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for approximately 5-10 minutes. Then, while still warm, loosen bars from the side of the pan gently to prevent them from sticking. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
