BREAKFAST EGG SAUSAGE BACON CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

Steps:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the half and half, salt, pepper and ground mustard and whisk well.
- Spread the butter over the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch non-metal baking dish.
- Spread half of the bread on the bottom of the pan.
- Top with half of the sausage, bacon, cheese and green onions.
- Repeat with the remaining bread, sausage, bacon and green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over top.
- Gently press the bread down into the egg mixture.
- Top with green onions and cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, overnight is best.
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
- Preheat the oven to 350F with the rack in the middle
- Uncover the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center. *Test with a wooden skewer. It should come out almost clean.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
- Serve with warm maple syrup.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bacon in a 10-inch skillet and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 10 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove bacon to a paper towel-lined small bowl. Discard half the bacon fat using a spoon.
- Cook sausage in the hot skillet until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove to the bowl with the bacon.
- Heat canola oil and butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add hash browns and onion. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on top and stir together. Spread out the hash browns; cook, without stirring, until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn hash browns over and sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Stir remaining garlic powder, eggs, and milk together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the Cheddar cheese-covered hash browns in the skillet. Sprinkle bacon and sausage pieces on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top is puffed, cheese is melted, and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Coat a 9x13 pan with Pam.
- Melt butter and mix with the potatoes and onion, then line bottom of prepared pan.
- Brown the sausage over medium-high heat, adding mushrooms about half way through.
- Meanwhile, mix cheddar cheese and cottage cheese.

- Cook sausage and onion until done; break into small pieces. Drain and set aside.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard into mixing bowl. Mix well.
