This Easy Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Sauce knocks it out of the park on flavor, but is still very simple to make. The tender, juicy pork is seared, then baked in the oven and a garlic sauce is made with the drippings to finish it with lots of flavor!

2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 onion (finely diced)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable)
1 tbsp cornstarch

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat.
  • Season the pork tenderloin on all sides with cajun seasoning. Then place in the hot oil and sear for about 1 minutes on each side.
  • Cover with lid or foil and transfer to the oven to bake for 25-35 minutes or until it reaches 145˚F internal temp.
  • Once done, remove the pork tenderloin from the pan and put the pan with drippings on the stove over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute, then stir in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Combine the cornstarch with water to form a paste, then stir it into the sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until it thickens.
  • Slice the pork tenderloin and place it back in the sauce to serve. Enjoy!

What could be better than tender, roasted pork loin smothered in a deep, rich, herby, garlicky butter sauce? Plus, it's prepped and cooked in just 45 minutes!

1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
salt and pepper (to taste)
½ cup butter (softened)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried herbs (see note)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a small bowl stir together all ingredients for the garlic butter. Set aside.
  • Pat pork dry with paper towels.
  • Use a fork to pierce pork all over a dozen or so times.
  • Season pork generously all over with salt and pepper.
  • Place pork on a greased, rimmed sheet pan or in a casserole dish.
  • Rub half of the garlic butter mixture over the top of the pork. Reserve remaining garlic butter for later.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until outside is browned and inside is no longer pink. (Internal temperature should read 145 degrees).
  • Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Rub remaining garlic butter over the pork. Rest another 5 minutes. Slice, serve, enjoy!

Pork tenderloin gets a coat of herb, garlic and citrus flavor. This pork tenderloin with garlic and herbs is roasted over mesquite hardwood and perfect for a weeknight meal.

(1 lb each) pork tenderloins
lemon
garlic cloves
fresh thyme, leaves only, plus more for garnish
fresh rosemary, leaves only, plus more for garnish
soy sauce
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
red pepper flakes (optional)
extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Using a sharp knife, trim any excess fat or silver skin from the tenderloins.
  • Cut the lemon in half and zest and juice one of the halves. Thinly slice the remaining half and set aside.
  • Add the lemon zest and juice to a mini food processor or blender, along with the garlic, thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using. Pulse until the garlic and herbs are finely chopped. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a paste forms.
  • Rub the garlic and herb paste all over both tenderloins. Cover the pork tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  • When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • Arrange the pork directly on the grill grates. Insert the probe into the thickest part of a tenderloin. Close the lid and roast for 15 minutes, then flip and continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, 10-15 minutes more.
  • Remove the pork from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Combine all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix.

One 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-pound boneless pork loin

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  • For the roasted garlic:
  • Cut the bulbs of garlic in half crosswise into a top and bottom. Place the garlic halves on a sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Fold the foil up and around the garlic halves, making sure they stay flat. Seal the foil into an airtight package. Roast until golden and soft, about 60 minutes. Keep the garlic in the foil and let cool slightly.
  • For the pork:
  • Place the pork loin in a medium, heavy roasting pan. Season all sides with salt and pepper. Place the pork in the oven 30 minutes after the garlic has started roasting. Roast until an instant-read thermometer registers 140 to 145 degrees F, about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the roasting pan from the oven, tent the pork loin with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • Remove the garlic from the foil. Remove the cloves by squeezing the base of the garlic. Place the garlic, parsley, and balsamic vinegar in a blender. Pulse the machine until blended. Drizzle the oil into the blender while the machine is running. Add the sugar, salt, pepper, and water and blend until incorporated.
  • To serve:
  • Slice the pork into 3/4-inch thick slices and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle some of the vinaigrette over the pork and pass the remaining vinaigrette alongside the pork in a small dish.
