Ingredients

2 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®)
2 cups thin pretzel sticks
1 cup cocktail peanuts
1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)
1 (12 ounce) package white vanilla baking chips

Steps:

Stir cereal squares, pretzel sticks, peanuts, and milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
Melt the vanilla baking chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). Drizzle melted chips over cereal mixture. Pour mixture out onto a large piece of aluminum foil and cool for 30 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.

This snack mix is so addictive, it's known as 'Christmas Crack' among my circle of friends and family! You can choose a holiday mix of M&M's® to make these extra festive!

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) package miniature pretzels
1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)
1 (16 ounce) jar salted dry-roasted peanuts
1 (14 ounce) package candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)
24 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Steps:

Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.
Mix pretzels, corn cereal squares, peanuts, and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over pretzel mixture; stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer; cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Pour cereal into a large mixing bowl. Next, prep a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 1 minute and stir. If it's not completely melted, put it back in for up to 30 seconds more. Once it's melted, add vanilla and mix. Pour it over your Chex Cereal and mix with a spatula until well coated.
Take a large plastic Ziploc bag and place powdered sugar inside, then add chocolatey cereal. Close and begin to shake it up so that all the squares are evenly covered with sugar. Place the Reindeer Chow on the baking sheet and let it cool. Once you're ready to serve, add holiday M&MS or other season candy and chow down!!

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter and peanut butter. Heat for 1 minute and remove from microwave. Stir until butter is melted and combined with peanut butter. If you need to, you can put back in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Once they are melted and combined, add in the chocolate chips. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add in the vanilla.
In a large bowl, add 1/4 of the Chex cereal and drizzle 1/4 of the chocolate mixture over it. Stir around gently until all pieces are coated.
In a covered container or brown paper sack, add in 1 cup of powdered sugar and the chocolate covered cereal. Close and shake until all pieces are covered and transfer to an airtight container.
