1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 cup TACO BELL® 99% Fat Free Refried Beans
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and garlic powder until blended.
  • Spread tortillas with beans, then cream cheese mixture. Top with cilantro; roll up tightly. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. Cut each roll-up into 10 slices. Serve with salsa.

2 tablespoons salsa
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, optional
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 to 12 flour tortillas (6 inches)
Sour cream and additional salsa, optional

Steps:

  • In a food processor; combine the first eight ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese; cover and process until smooth. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
8 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
1 cup finely chopped ripe olives
Salsa

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and taco seasoning until blended. Stir in the refried beans. Spread 3-4 tablespoons over each tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, chilies and olives down the center of each tortilla; roll up tightly to 2-in. diameter. , Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into 1-in. slices. Serve with salsa.

I've made this a few times when I need to bring an appetizer somewhere and people always comment on how tasty they are! Convienent and easy to put together. Great for on the go as well! Fat-Free refried beans can be used as well for a lighter dish.

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 8-inch flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (2 ounces)

Steps:

  • Mix beans, salsa and chili powder in 1-quart saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm.
  • Spoon about 1/4 cup of the bean mixture onto center of each tortilla; spread slightly.
  • Top with lettuce and cheese.
  • Fold over sides and ends of tortillas.
  • Serve with additional salsa if desired.

1 can (16 ounces) refried beans and green chilies
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
12 flour tortillas (7 inches)
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa and sour cream

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes and olives; mix well. Spread about 1/3 cupful over each tortilla; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Arrange in a circle on a microwave-safe 12-in. round plate., Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
